Il Bianco from Il Torchio winery is a dynamic and refreshing Ligurian white wine made from Vermentino grapes, vinified in stainless steel with very brief maceration on the skins for about half the grapes. It exudes regional aromas of fruit, flowers, aromatic and balsamic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, energetic, expressive, and pleasantly savory.
