Pinot Blanc Fly Me To The Moon-Meteri
In this bottle we find the complexity and freshness that exists at the domaine. Nose of pear, apple, quince but also a core of exotic fruits such as ripe mango completed by smoky notes. On the palate it is medium and full-bodied, with good persistence, the alcohol shines through a little. They are the Mann family, winemakers for generations, deeply linked to their land and to an idea of ethical, good and healthy wine. Twelve hectares cultivated organically, stimulating the vertical exploration of the roots in order to make the plants independent and free to express themselves. Two Grands Crus, Pfersigberg and Eichberg, and nine lieux-dits: a visceral knowledge of the territory which become precise subdivisions, maximum exaltation of all the nuances of the terroir.
