Maria Lucia Melchiori presents Biava: a Blanche Artigianale Trentina beer. It is a beer strongly linked to the territory in which it is born and is produced from the typical raw materials of Trentino. First among these is the "Biava" or oats. Light but full-bodied, slightly hoppy. A meeting of memories and passion for the true flavors of the Trentino mountains: oats, dandelion, elderberry, hops and coriander. One of a kind, undoubtedly unforgettable.
Handcrafted: it is not pasteurized or even filtered to maintain a genuine and natural flavor and aroma.
color is opalescent, tending to white, veiled;
fresh and fruity bouquet scent of malt, elderberry and coriander;
soft and refreshing taste, slightly hoppy with hints of dandelion;
fine perlage;
bainca and light foam;
high fermentation;
no addition of CO2.
Alcohol: 4,9% vol.
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C
Pairings: it goes well with light dishes, white pizzas and fresh and stringy cheeses; Perfect as an accompaniment to desserts.
