Chablis Pérégrinations-Domaine des Peregrins
Nestled in the beautiful and tranquil south-eastern corner of Burgundy's northernmost appellation, we find the unpretentious Domaine des Pérégrins, small producers of exquisite Chablis wines. During the 19th century, the property shifted towards dairy farming, until Laurent Moreau took over the estate in 1982 and planted a number of new vines, but it wasn't until 1996 that Laurent decided the time had come for the family Moreau to create his own Chablis. His passion for terroir and the potential to produce distinctive wines that reflect his land inspired him to convert the property into a winery. Today, Domaine des Pérégrins manages 13 hectares of Chardonnay vineyards, in the Chablis and Petit Chablis appellations.
