This elegant rosé Champagne is made from 100% Pinot Meunier, which gives it a vibrant, deep salmon hue and vigorous structure. The grapes come from old vines planted on limestone and clay soils with a very low dosage added before the bottle is corked to allow the terroir to shine. Delicate red fruits and hints of vanilla spice define the nose while the first sip reveals bright freshness, smooth bubbles and a pure, clean finish with a hint of minerality.
