Champagne Extra Brut Vintage 2008 - Ployez-Jacquemart

Ployez-Jacquemart is a family-run champagne house, founded in 1930 by Marcel Ployez and Yvonne Jacquemart. The soul of the maison, characterized by a continuous search for excellence, is today represented by Laurence, the third generation of the family, who succeeds his parents Gerard and Claude Ployez. Perpetuating the founding values of the house: Passion, Tradition and Dedication, it is committed to making the most of each harvest and producing wines of great prestige.

Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart has always been concerned with getting the best out of each vintage. The 2008 vintage was one of the best crops, which allowed us to develop balanced and elegant wines. The diversity and quality of our different Chardonnays from premier and grand crus such as Cuis, Bisseuil, Tauxières and Ludes have allowed us to create a beautiful vintage white blend. Like all our vintages, it grew in the cellar for a minimum of 6 years, including 4 years on the nose "sur pointes". We keep them pointed to limit contact with yeasts while preserving the advantages of maturation before disgorgement. All our vintages have recently been foul-mouthed to keep them fresher.
