Cuvée with variable geometry made in collaboration with colleagues of our cru and committed bio. Assembly of the 3 main cepages of champagne with a majority of meuniers (60%). The only brut champagne in our range, LES DIONYSIAQUES is an exercise in style made in the tradition of local champagnes
The name is inspired by the famous book of the same name that tells the story of the inventor of pressors and wines. Les Dionysiaques is dedicated to the night, that's what its particular label suggests.
Ideal for parties, LES DIONYSIAQUES offer perfect pairings with raw or cooked foie gras.
Brut, dosage 11g.
Vinification in stainless steel plus 20 days in oak barrels.
Spring draft and disgorgement
during the waning moon of October each year.
