Champagne Brut Réserve - Bérêche et Fils
The Brut Réserve by Bérèche et Fils is a classic Champagne, produced with a cuvée of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier in equal parts and aged on the lees for 24 months. A label that favors refined freshness and a pleasant fragrance. Brut Réserve is the Champagne that best represents the philosophy of the Maison Bérèche et Fils. Thanks to the addition of approximately a third of reserve wines to the cuvée, every year, regardless of the characteristics of the vintage, the Brut Réserve manages to express balance, harmony and good coherence and homogeneity over time, in the name of the search for purity and expressive linearity. In the glass it has a straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses fruity aromas and floral nuances.
