Champagne Delouvin Nowack-Millésime Brut 2013

Delouvin Nowack's Extra Sélection Millesimato cuvée is mainly composed of Chardonnay, with a small balance of Pinot Meunier. An elegant Champagne where the roundness of the Meunier enhances and amplifies the acidity of the Chardonnay, already tamed by the long stay on the yeasts. Arriving in Champagne from Paris the first area you come across is the Vallée de la Marne, a splendid valley characterized by beautiful vineyards which slope towards the river.The Extra Sélection Millésime cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The color is golden yellow, the nose is intense and evolved, aromas of fruit and baked goods follow one another pleasantly. It is an elegant champagne in which the finesse of Chardonnay complements the roundness and spicy finish of Pinot Meunier.
