This fine and delicate cuvée is created only with the best particles. 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, it is produced only in the best vintages. Attractive in its faceted bottle, this cuvée is aged in cellars for 4 or 5 years, to obtain a fine and delicate bubble.
To the eye:
The fine and light bubble of this cuvée seduces us for its straw yellow color.
On the nose:
Subtle hints of warm bread and brioche mix with those of white flowers.
In the mouth:
The many years of aging in our cellars release a fine and discreet bubble. We discover a tasty blend of cooked yellow fruits, white flowers, all embellished with a light toasted taste.
Tasting tips:
A refined champagne that will appeal to lovers during your aperitifs. It also goes very well with fish in sauce.
