The shipment of your order

Shipping is subject to payment and the relative rates are shown at checkout by selecting the country, province and city of destination. Delivery generally takes place within 2/4 working days of receipt of payment. Shipments are made by express courier GLS. Together with the email confirming your order, you will receive the relative shipping number. In this way you can follow the progress of the status of the shipment from taking charge by the courier until delivery to the address indicated by you.

In the event that the carrier has been chosen by the customer outside of those proposed during the purchase, the risk of damage and loss of the Products is transferred to the customer already at the time of delivery to the carrier itself, precluding any dispute regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods. In this case, any dispute must be made directly by the customer against the carrier.

Delivery Time

Orders received and paid for are processed within one business day. If bank transfer is chosen as the payment method, orders will be retained until payment is verified. Shipments are normally processed by express courier throughout the national territory. Deliveries take place, barring unforeseen circumstances, normally within 24/48h of shipment.

Note: Orders received and processed during holidays, weekdays and weekends, are shipped on the first working day.

Delivery Costs

For orders over € 100 shipping in Italy is free. The shipping cost is displayed on the checkout page and is calculated based on the weight of the products purchased, according to the following scheme:

- From 0 to 3 KG = € 5 ; From 3 to 10 KG = € 8;

Receipt of goods

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what was ordered;

that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes. In case of tampering and / or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by adding the words "ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO CONTROL" on the delivery document received from the courier. In this case it is suggested to take some photographs of the state of the neck and send us a copy. The customer must subsequently report any damage within 8 (eight) days of receipt of the goods in the manner provided by the operator chosen for shipment and / or delivery and according to the terms of the general conditions of sale, published on our site.

In the event that the customer does not collect within 5 (five) working days the goods ordered and present in storage at the courier's warehouses due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order, the same order will be canceled and the costs of storage and return will be charged to be quantified from time to time.
