Ancarani - The Ladies

The Le Signore white wine from the Ancarani estate is made from 100% Famoso grapes. The estate operates under a fully certified organic regime. Only spontaneous vinification is carried out in the winery, without synthetic processes, filtration, or fining. The Famoso grapes are harvested and selected by hand. They are then destemmed and softly pressed, with a brief press period to delicately extract their aromas. The must macerates for two months with only natural ferments. The wine ages in concrete vats to acquire body and structure. After bottling, the wine is left to age for another two months before being released for sale.
