Vino Triple ''A'' ''Jakot''-Radikon
Radikon's Jakot is an original and unconventional macerated white wine. A splendid portrait of the Collio of one of the fathers of Italian wine without artifice. Textural and deep, powerful and with an imposing texture, with lively tannins and rich in flavor and freshness. Both gastronomic and meditative. Jakot is a precious portrait of Collio, an extreme and unconventional orange wine based on Friulano grapes, produced with long maceration and aging for 42 months in barrels, without filtration. Notes of dehydrated fruit, glazed hints and sweet notes of honey and vanilla blend into a voluminous, deep and material texture, rich in flavor and freshness. Jakot by Radikon is a macerate with an exceptional vitality.
