From the old custom of Arzdore (the ladies of the Romagna country houses), this cream that we have selected resumes the production of the Gardener, cutting the vegetables by hand coarsely, without then blanching them in wine vinegar, but leaving it to rest 12 hours in Apple Vinegar, thus resulting more "Crunchy", then adding the Sweet Salt of Cervia that makes the palate a very delicate and soft taste.
