It is the most prestigious recipe as a choice of ingredients. It contains the DOP Genoese basil of the summer harvests, the one that grows with the strongest sun. The unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, the least processed, closer to the natural pressing of the olive. The Parmigiano Reggiano mountain product aged about 24 months, which allows the best organoleptic and the absence of lactose and the right garlic as tradition requires.
