100% artisanal beer with high fermentation, obtained from ancient Sicilian durum wheat Perciasacchi. Light beer, with a delicately amber color, white foam, fine and medium persistent, soft taste and citrus and hoppy notes.
Ingredients:
Water, barley malt, durum wheat Perciasacchi, wheat flakes, hops, orange and lemon peel (1%), sugar, yeast, pink pepper fruits (<1%), sumac fruits (<1%).
