The musts used to produce this wine are fermented and refined for a few months in steel, and then, in the following spring, the cuvée is made which will be bottled with the selected yeasts for secondary fermentation. After 24-30 months, disgorgement takes place with the relative dosage of 9 g/l. The result is a versatile wine, with good hints of yeast to make it complex and usable throughout the meal. A classic method with intense body and aromas, a light hint of yeast, versatile, elegant, for all meeting occasions. Delicate and well balanced, fresh and elegant with a pale straw color.
