Franciacorta Zero Uno Andrea Arici

The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Collina della Stella di Arici comes from a blend where, alongside the Chardonnay, we find a small percentage of Pinot Noir. The grapes, carefully harvested during the harvest phase, undergo an initial fermentation in steel, remaining on the fine lees for a semester. This Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Colline della Stella appears in the glass with an intense, brilliant and luminous straw yellow color; the perlage is fine-grained and persistent. The range of aromas that develops on the nose tells of fresh notes, dominated by floral and fruity sensations, also embellished with nuances of toasted bread and yeasts.
