Duck meat 60%, fresh vegetables in varying proportions (onions, celery), Trentino white wine (sulphites), Italian extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, mustard, sea salt, natural flavors, spices. PRESERVATIVE-FREE AND GLUTEN-FREE.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is served at the table with traditional bigoli, but it also lends itself as a filling for delicious slices of toast. Ideal for seasoning pasta or on toast. It can also be served as finger food. Heat with a little olive oil or cooking water.
