Les Jardins de Babylone-Didier Dagueneau
This wine is the result of pure Petit Manseng grapes grown on clayey soils, following principles inspired by biodynamics. Fermentation takes place in wooden barriques, followed by aging for 16-18 months in small oak barrels before bottling. A vibrant, intense, brilliant golden color captures attention. The bouquet opens elegantly with notes of ripe fruit, including apricots and yellow peaches, alongside nuances of tropical fruit and a citrus delicacy, all embraced by a light touch of honey.
