Obtained from vines that are approximately 15 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October, they ferment spontaneously in old oak barrels where they then mature for 12/18 months. No filtration or clarification. On the nose hints of withered white flowers and white pulp fruit, mineral notes of flint and aromatic herbs, fresh and elegant tasting, with a mineral finish and good persistence.
