"Les Enfers Tranquilles"- Michel Autran

Vin De France "Les Enfers Tranquilles" 2019 is a white wine from the Loire produced with natural methods. It is obtained from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes coming from the lieu-dit Les Enfers, "hell", from a well-exposed area south of Noizay. The fermentation begins in steel and is then decanted by gravity into barrels, after a year the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it remains for another 12 months. No added sulphites, only a small % of sulfur at bottling. A wine characterized by great tension, clarity and quality, it offers aromas of ripe yellow fruit, honey and mineral salts. The palate is delighted by a very fresh and mineral, persistent sip.
