Racines - Les Cailloux Du Paradis

Les Cailloux du Paradis is a small gem in the heart of Sologne, 35 km from Blois. Claude Courtois and his son Etienne produce “ancestral wines” and are considered among the precursors of “natural wines” in France. Les Cailloux du Paradis is a magical place, immersed in the woods and in the most uncontaminated nature.  It is a white wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Menu Pineau and Romorantin. In the glass the characteristics of the individual vines integrate and multiply their complexity exponentially. Crystalline purity, white pulp fruit, rock, tension, depth. In the mouth it is warm, complex, rich, with a marked freshness and minerality. Long persistence.
