Opera Blanc - J.P.Robinot

We are in Chahaignes, not far from Jasnieres, in the North of the Loire, in a territory characterized by decidedly rigid climates and soils rich in yellow clay, silicon and limestone, elements capable of giving great finesse, elegance and depth.

L’Opera Blanc is a Négoce, Chenin vinified without the addition of sulfur from vines of about 25 years on clay and limestone.

A fresh, dynamic and agile wine, in which Chenin shows its most direct and simple soul, where the aromatic set is characterized by notes of white and exotic fruit, floral memories, iodized and salty notes and vegetal echoes.
