Gin "Gil The Autentic Rural Gin" - Old Bonded Warehouse
The Gin "Gil The Autentic Rural Gin" of the Old Customs Warehouse comes from the ancient recipe (of 1871) of Dr. Gil, esteemed ship's doctor and wise alchemist. Thanks to his passions, during his explorations of the surrounding area, he not only manages to synthesize the antidote for the viper of Rocca Imperiale but discovers in the local juniper a perfect ingredient for what will become the Gin "Gil".
Pale straw yellow to the eye, it immediately refers to the idea of a light and artisanal filtration. The nose is fine and complex, alternating pleasant mineral hints of wet rock, citrus and bergamot, with herbaceous and floral notes typical of this distillate. Even the taste gives finesse and a good correspondence in the back.
