Lagavulin Scotch Whisky 16 AA

Straw yellow color quite pale and with golden reflections. Hints of smoke dosed perfectly to enhance the characteristic notes and never wrap them in the fog. Hints of peat, sweet pipe tobacco, Lapsan Souchong tea and spices with dried bay leaf in evidence.

In the mouth it is peaty, full, with a breadth and softness in which we lack the pungent notes of the sea. Very long finish, full of iodine and flavor.

The 16-year-old Lagavulin is the historical icon of this great Islay distillery. The aging considered perfect to find the balance between the clearly marine distillate, from the imposing peat, and with a perfectly dosed smoking.
