White wine made from 100% xarel-lo grapes from vineyards at different altitudes and with plants aged 15 to 40 years. After a short maceration and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, the wine rests for 9 months in new French oak barriques, to then complete refinement in the bottle. Contains no added sulphites.
