Charlot's Cuvée Speciale is a Dosage Zéro Champagne completely made exclusively from Pinot Meunier grapes. Vinification in stainless steel cuves and 228l barriques. Spontaneous fermentation. Maturation sur lies for 47 months. Golden yellow color with coppery textures and subtle perlage. Aromas of small red fruits, juicy citrus fruits and fresh flowers, with savory and Mediterranean puffs. Creamy, vibrant and vertical, supported by excellent freshness, with mineral puffs at the end.
