Champagne Lemaire - Cuvée Trianon

The Maison owns vineyards located in the cru area of ​​the Valle Della Marne, this champagne is the flagship of the Maison still personally elaborated by its ancestor Roger Constant Lemaire. It is a champagne that combines the graceful finesse of its white grapes and the elegant structure of the black ones. Pale gold colour, brilliant and seductive; with a subtle and persistent perlage. The nose is fragrant and intense, reminiscent of melted almond paste filled with fresh figs, pear and candied fruit. In the mouth it has great elegance, long and persistent. Excellent to pair with shellfish, caviar and dishes rich in aromas such as mushrooms.
