Intervallo was born from the curiosity for discovery, like explorers who see new lands. At the Vecchio Magazzino Dogana we have worked hard to find new botanicals, to give life with great simplicity to new taste experiences. There are no citrus fruits in the recipe, but within Intervallo Amaro da Salotto there are gentian, galanga, absinthe, bay leaf, but also artichoke, mint, sage and marjoram are then added that expertly worked in a steam stream give our bitter an unmistakable fresh note.
