The Arcari + Danesi winery was born from an idea by Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi. Their dream was to build their own winery. Worked solely in steel, it is a Franciacorta, enveloping and refined, enhanced in body by the SoloUva production method, patented by Arcari and Danesi. Excellent with seafood appetizers, it goes well with vegetable first courses, in particular asparagus. Try it with cuttlefish and peas.
