The Trento Blanc de Blancs Brut DOC by Maso Martis, produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, rests on the yeasts for a period ranging from 18 to 24 months; it is a Classic Method with intense aromas, good body, versatile in combinations and suitable for cheering up multiple meeting occasions. Straw yellow; fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it immediately reveals itself to be pleasantly refined; fruity notes, tones of white flowers and hints of yeast emerge. On the palate it is elegant, fresh and balanced. Excellent in combination with seafood and vegetable appetizers, it is also ideal for accompanying fish risottos.
