'Madame Martis' is in fact a successful synthesis of the precious elements that have always characterized the harmonious and decisive style of Maso Martis sparkling wines. Golden straw yellow in colour, it releases aromas of brioche, vanilla, sugared almonds, acacia honey, small unripe red fruits, with a hint of mineral on the finish. On the palate it has flavors of crumbly biscuit, hazelnut and smoke as the temperature increases. Saline and fresh, it has a fine sensation of tannins on the palate, an important structure and balance, a dry and long finish. Wine for special occasions and of sure evolution.
