Sparkling wine "Vigna Del Vento" Spergola PDO - Tenuta di Aljano

Sparkling wine of a beautiful straw yellow, with golden reflections and an elegant "perlage" minute, fine and continuous. The nose has a fresh and intense bouquet, with a wide fruity note of green apple, white flowers and a delicate fragrance of yeast, conferred by over four years of aging in bottle. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, with a slight background of ripe fruit, apple and almond. The prolonged stay on the lees favors the finesse of the "perlage" and gives the wine greater complexity, releasing pleasant delicate notes of "bread crust" and pastries well balanced by an excellent freshness. Overall it is well structured and persistent in the mouth thanks to a good flavor.
