The Rum Zacapa "23 years" is distilled from pure sugar cane juice, locally called "miel virgen" or "virgin honey", and aged with the Solera method in oak barrels previously used for Bourbon whiskey, Sherry and Pedro Ximenez wines, Zacapa 23 is obtained from a combination of rums aged up to 23 years.

TASTING NOTES
To the eye, deep amber color. On the nose, complex bouquet of exotic fruit, dried figs and ripe fruit with yellow pulp, with a nice hint of chantilly cream. In the mouth, the sip is rich, persistent and soft. It stretches elegantly on elegant notes of spices and sensations given by wood.
