VikeVike's Barbagia Bianco IGT comes from tree-trained Granazza grapes; it is an ancient native variety, semi-aromatic, which lends itself well to different types of winemaking. In this case it gives a lively, energetic wine with a very pleasant drink. Straw. The nose is intense; it expresses itself, in particular, with salty hints and decisive notes of lime. On the palate it has a thin structure; the acidity and sapidity are overwhelming. Excellent in combination with fish first courses, it is also worth trying with fresh cheeses.
