Mild spring, with little rainfall, hot summer during the day and mild summer at night, with sufficient rainfall. Climatic conditions that led to a slight advance in the harvest, but healthy and ripe grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with manual punching down of the skins, at uncontrolled temperature, followed by a maceration of about 7 months on its own skins, in small cement tanks. Complex aromas on the nose in which yellow and exotic fruit, broom and aromatic herbs are the preamble to linden honey and brackish notes. Enveloping and tasty in the mouth with a persistent savory and citrus finish.
