All the Quintodecimo whites come from vineyards each dedicated to a specific variety, wines naturally influenced by the vintage in the expression of their most characteristic character. The Exultet is an elegant and refined interpretation of Fiano di Avellino. It is a cru produced exclusively with grapes from a single vineyard located in Lapio, one of the most prestigious municipalities of the appellation. Left to mature to a small extent in new barriques, it is a white of great harmony, elegant and highly refined, long-lived like few others thanks to its perfect balance between richness and freshness.
