Produced from Lledoner Roig and Cariñena Blanca vines from centenary vines from the Pujol Cargol winery. Cultivated in the vineyards Pla d'en Muñoz, Pla d'en Pallissera and Comamillana, on soils of calcareous and granite sand. For its elaboration, after destemming, a maceration of 7 days was carried out, followed by alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.
