Barbaresco Mondino is an opulent wine with a very intriguing aromatic profile, with an intense ruby mantle with garnet reflections. The nose is rich in very concentrated aromas that evolve incredibly in the glass with the classic floral and red fruit notes; In turn, these blend with an important spiciness of cinnamon, pepper and clove. In the mouth it is powerful and rich in soft tannins, already pleasantly evolved and silky. The aftertaste enhances the hints of leather and spices. Perfect to combine with red meat stews, aged cheeses and, when it is older, truffle preparations.
