The winery, founded in 1906 by Luigi Nervi and taken over in 2018 by the Giacomo Conterno company, is the oldest in Gattinara, with its soils rich in volcanic porphyries, ideal for the cultivation of Nebbiolo grapes. Warm, soft, structured tasting, it shows an invigorating freshness and a velvety tannic texture that accompanies a long persistence of undergrowth. Delicious wine with agnolotti with meat sauce but also a fillet with green pepper.
