Chianti Classico-Castello di Lamole

The Chianti Classico “Castello di Lamole” from the Fattoria di Lamole winery is an elegant red wine with subtle and delicate aromas produced in Lamole, just above Greve in Chianti, in Tuscany. In this area, one of the most atypical of the entire Chianti Classico denomination, the vineyards are located on terraces, located between 500 and 600 meters, laboriously obtained from the slopes of Monte S. Michele. The vines that are still grown with the ancient sapling method on soils characterized by soils rich in sand, marl, limestone and poor in clay give life to highly refined reds. The winery owns just over 16 hectares of vineyards cultivated according to the dictates of organic farming.
