Lama della Villa-Antico Lamole

Lamole is a place made of passion barely contained by the small stony terraces, which make the steep slope cultivable, a place for a few patient producers. The Antico di Lamole has always preserved the unrepeatable identity of the small village. It is a pure Sangiovese whose grapes are vinified in steel or concrete tanks. Subsequently the wine continues aging in exhausted French barriques for 12-24 months, which continues in the bottle for another 12 months. Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it has a nose reminiscent of sweet violet, cherry and red plum, as well as delicate spices. The sip is large, fine and balanced, with a long persistence.
