Quinque is among the flagship Franciacortas of the Uberti winery. It comes from strictly selected Chardonnay grapes subjected to light pressing. Franciacorta Quinque has a brilliant golden yellow color and very fine perlage; on the nose it offers very pleasant evolved notes with hints of quince and ripe golden apples. On the palate the Quinque is persuasive, with a very long finish. The Uberti winery was founded way back in 1793 when Agostino Uberti became the owner of a small farmhouse and the surrounding vineyards, in the Salem area of Erbusco.
