Sublimis comes from Chardonnay grapes rigorously selected and subjected to light pressing. The fermentation of the must takes place entirely in 32 hl conical natural oak vats free from the release of spicy and toasting notes. The winery was founded way back in 1793 when Agostino Uberti became the owner of a small farmhouse and the surrounding vineyards, in the Salem area of Erbusco. Sublimis Uberti has a straw yellow color with still green nuances, abundant and creamy foam, subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose it reveals an intense aroma, the scents attributable to wood are almost imperceptible.
