Grapes from Forcella and Cascina Loda crus. Terraced vineyard between 150 and 350 meters above sea level, calcareous soil of pre-Alpine origin, espalier training, planting density 6500 vines per hectare, yield 60-80 quintals of grapes. Aged for 6 months in steel on its noble lees before drafting. This is followed by further refinement of at least 40 months in the bottle on its own yeasts. After disgorgement, the wine remains in the cellar for at least 6 months before being marketed. No dosage, residual sugar from 0 to 3 grams per liter. Average production of around 1500 bottles per year.
