Franciacorta Brut-Le Vedute Manenti Gozzini
After a careful selection of the grapes, we proceed with soft pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The sparkling wine base is aged on the fine lees for 6 months with weekly battonages. The refinement on the yeasts in the bottle lasts for a period ranging from 18 months to 24 months after which with careful manual remouage the residue of the yeasts is brought to the tip for the final degorgement operation. Straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. Delicate olfactory notes of white flowers which are completed with hints of bread crust and pastry. In the mouth it is complex and balanced, with good acidity and long taste-olfactory persistence.
