This Yoigokochu Yuzu Sakè is made for the first time with a Sake produced with a slow fermentation method called Yamahai-Sake, as a base. This is followed by an infusion of Yuzu fruits, small traditional Japanese citrus fruits similar to bergamot, which give it a long acidity and a persistent aroma.
