Gin "Hop & Barley" - Distillerie de Paris

The idea behind the Distillerie de Paris was born inside the Julhès Paris family groceries. There the two brothers Sèbastien and Nicolas learned to select the ingredients.

The goal was to create great distillates without being framed in cultural constraints or regional techniques, conceived as great perfumes.

This "Hop & Barley" is a particular gin, it is intense and full-bodied. It combines the typical notes of gin: the inevitable juniper, the freshness of citrus fruits, hints of dark spice, cereals: hops and malted barley. The result is a gin different from all the others, with an interesting silkiness on the palate and an olfactory taste finesse that must be explored in small sips.
