The idea behind the Distillerie de Paris was born inside the Julhès Paris family groceries. There the two brothers Sèbastien and Nicolas learned to select the ingredients.

The goal was to create great distillates without being framed in cultural constraints or regional techniques, conceived as great perfumes.

Finding the perfect tonic for a good gin is always complicated. It is for this reason that Distillerie de Paris has directly integrated quinino peels (the main ingredient of tonic water) into the heart of distillation. This unique process will allow you to enjoy a fresh and intense gin by adding only lemonade or sparkling water for lovers of extra dry.
